A yoga retreat changed my life and set me on the path to teaching.

I remember arriving on my first retreat feeling low and depleted but I left feeling strong and serene. This inspired me to commit to yoga and make it a cornerstone of my life.

I have seen first-hand how breathing practices have emotional and physical benefits, helping to reduce asthma, anxiety and depression.

Yoga classes are tailored to you.

Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, I design your session tailored to your existing experience, flexibility and any specific needs and any concerns you have.

Every class is unique and designed with you in mind. All you need is some comfortable clothing and a mat or something to sit on at home.

Before attending your online class, you will be sent a Zoom link to access on a phone, tablet or computer.


 

A Style of Yoga to suit everyone.

I offer both Hatha based Vinyasa Yoga and Kundalini Yoga on a one-to-one basis or in weekly group classes.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is for those that prefer a faster-paced, physically dynamic style of practice, combining vigorous postural sequences with Pranayama breathing.

Kundalini Yoga focuses on Kriya’s - a series of poses that emphasise breathing, chanting and work on the nervous system to achieve physical, mental and spiritual balance.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that produces a state of deep yet conscious relaxation. It’s a powerful tool to slow down busy and overworked minds, reduce stress, help insomnia and enable you to feel more energised and refreshed.


 

One-to-One.

One-to-one sessions enable me to design personalised practices for clients. My classes are ideal for those who have been unable to find a practice that suits them or those with specific requirements that have prevented them from accessing other classes.
